Real Life has been established for almost fifteen years.
We make TV programmes for all the major British broadcasters and for sale to international broadcasters
through our partnerships with distributors. We range widely over the traditional areas for documentary
makers, concentrating on compelling narrative and access-led programming. We have a strong track record
in observational documentary and in programmes with a core of educational content. We like programmes
with a purpose. We are now active in the cross platform area and are developing a number of multi-media
projects. Real Life also has a strong tradition in short-form programming and we are a key supplier to
the BBC's popular early evening programme, The One Show. We are based in the lively Leeds suburb of
Chapel Allerton, five minutes from the city centre.
